We offer the complete installation range of Mechanical and Electrical services on a design and build basis, as well as a full Service and Maintenance support nationwide on installations of all ages and sizes.

Whilst Hockley Building Services works across business and industry, we are particularly experienced in the Hotel and Leisure sector. 

We fully appreciate the operational requirements for developing new Hotel installations and have the special knowledge of retrofitting services in operational Hotels and Leisure clubs.

 

Financial Status

Hockley Building Services have been trading profitably for over
10 years, and have a good record financial basis. Turnover has steadily grown year on year however the issue of volume turnover is of no importance to us, as our financial security has been borne out of a
non confrontational management philosophy producing repeat business and good cash flow.

If further information is required we would be more than willing to
arrange a Financial Statement from our Accountants or a reference
from our Bank.

Health and Safety

Hockley Building Services Limited employs The Health and Safety
People, who independently operate and audit our safety systems on our behalf.

We adopt a very serious approach to the Health and Safety of all
our employees and sub-contractors and maintain an excellent site
record. All our operatives are very much aware of safe working
practices and we regularly hold training days for all aspects
of safety and legislation update. Examples of this are attached in the
form of a recent training session on Construction Health and Safety for
Managers (including CDM Regulations 1994 and Manual Handling).
