We operate with full comprehensive Public, Product Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance to ensure total peace of mind for our customers.

Our highly qualified and knowledgeable staff aim to provide maintenance  and installation services of a consistently high quality.  To enable us to achieve this, we employ more than 45 staff, the vast majority being highly skilled engineers.  These are supported by our head office and management team who operate within a well-established administrative structure, combined with many years experience of understanding our customers’ needs.

At Hockley Building Services we recognise that our employees are absolutely key to our continued success and growth.  To ensure that we maintain and develop our staff, we provide a high level of ongoing training. This enables us to maximise the in-house personnel on a wide variety of installation and maintenance works, reducing the reliance on sub-contractors.  In order to develop our skill base, we are committed to a modern apprentice scheme, and we propose to employ at least one apprentice per year who will train to be an air conditioning or combustion engineer.
