Ken has more than 30 years experience in the hotel and leisure industry. After completing his apprenticeship with the Royal Navy, Ken acquired extensive knowledge of building services installation and maintenance enhancing several businesses prior to forming Hockley Building Services.
Edward Treacy

Director
Ed completed his apprenticeship with Sulzer (UK) Ltd and has extensive design and construction experience in the leisure, food and pharmaceutical industries.
Ed is a Chartered Engineer and a Corporate Member of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers. He completed his Building Services Masters Degree at Brunel University.
Craig Smith
Service Development Manager
Craig started his career as an apprentice in the Royal Navy, before completing nine years of Maintenance Engineering work in all aspects of HVAC Plant. Craig joined Hockley Building Services in 2000, progressing through to Service Development Manager.
