Hockley Building Services have undertaken the upgrade of 253 bedroom fan coil units and associated controls, including the installation of new BMS controls.  The work was undertaken as part of a demanding programme partly in collaboration with the refurbishment fit out, as well as a stand alone mechanical services only programme of works.
