24/7 emergency call out

Our UK-wide coverage means that we can offer outstanding 24/7 emergency call out with a guaranteed response time of up to four hours. We are also able to tailor our response times to meet service level agreements, designed to give our customers assurance. These times are dependent of the type of service level agreement chosen.

During normal working hours, emergency calls will be taken by our in-house team. Out of hours calls are taken directly by the engineer on call.  In our experience, a large proportion of call outs can be dealt with over the phone using experience gained from on- going maintenance contracts.
