Commissioning and documentation

Upon completion of our work, Hockley Building Services engineers will issue documentation that details what has been carried out, as well as legislative paperwork for gas and air conditioning appliances.

Gas safety

All of our work is carried out in accordance with the relevant gas safety regulations.

• The gas safety (installation of use) regulations 1998
• Mechanical or natural ventilation systems BS6644-2005+A1 2008
• Testing of gas pipework insulations in accordance with IGE-UP1-2003
• All manufacturers’ recommendations.

Air conditioning legislation

We are fully compliant with F-Gas regulations and are registered with Refcom. You can find out more about Refcom here.

Water safety

All of our engineers follow a strict code of conduct regarding water safety to control the risk of Legionella.
